I received a text from Cathy during the day asking about meeting up for dinner. We decided on place called Le Chalet du 8eme. Elizabeth and I arrive at metro Saint Philippe du Roule at the same time as Cathy and Takashi. Le Chalet looks just like a ski lodge inside: wood on the walls, dark and cozy. Their crepes are recommended. We had savory and sweet with some apple cider.
After dinner we walked around the area and found more Invaders on our way to the Champs-Elysees.

We took a walk up and down the Champs Elyseess looking for a place to have a drink and finally ended up at a British pub. Cathy and I wondered where the woman at the bar was from because we couldn't place her accent. At first she sounded American but then, didn't. She is from Argentina. We didn't stay at the place long because they started the dance party music that no one was dancing to. The DJ was not concerned either. He just let his laptop take over and he was nowhere to be found.

I said goodbye to Cathy and Takashi in the metro. Cathy left for vacation in Dublin on Monday. I'll miss hanging out with them.
